Dear fellow human,

PsyTaara (pronounced - SI-TAARA) for me is, perhaps, beyond a platform for mental wellness and healing. It is a vision for being human, and being more human everyday. It is a vision to reconnect; with self and beyond self.


Through PsyTaara, I aim to cherish us as humans, restructure our emotional & social being and dynamics, and nurture values and skills that make us HUMAN. I aspire to celebrate the human spirit in all its complexity — to gently reframe how we relate to our emotions, to each other, and to the inner values that root us.

PsyTaara is a space to unlearn what numbs us, relearn what grounds us, and nurture the values, skills, and sensitivities that help us thrive — not just as individuals, but as a collective.

PsyTaara is a call to remember who we are beneath the noise — and to become more fully, beautifully human - with a twinkling shine!


Humanistic therapy

In humanistic therapy, the main focus is on a person's capacity to make rational choices and develop.

Cognitive therapy

In cognitive therapy, the focus is on what people think rather than what they do.

Psychoanalysis

In psychoanalysis, we focus on changing problematic behaviors by understanding the unconscious meanings and motivations behind them.

In behavior therapy, the main focus is on learning's role in developing both normal and abnormal behaviors.
