Philosophy
PsyTaara is born from the fusion of psyche, the inner world of thoughts, emotions, and identity and sitaara, the Hindi word for star. Together, they form a guiding idea: Every mind carries its own star, and therapy is the journey back to its light. We often move through life dimmed by experiences of stress, grief, expectations, or unresolved stories that blur our inner radiance. PsyTaara represents the belief that healing is not about becoming someone new, but rediscovering the luminosity that has always been within you.
This philosophy rests on three ideas:
1. Inner Navigation - Self awareness Just like stars guided travelers, our emotions, movements, and creative impulses guide us toward understanding ourselves. Therapy becomes a compass—helping individuals read their own internal sky.
2. Light Through Layers Stars shine through vast layers of darkness. Similarly, the human psyche contains layers—memories, traumas, joys, patterns. Through therapeutic interventions carefully curated for you, PsyTaara helps gently uncover these layers so your light can emerge with clarity and strength.
3. Collective Constellations Every individual star is part of a larger constellation. At PsyTaara, healing is relational: connection, community, and shared experiences shape our wellbeing. Whether working with children, or adults, the aim is to help each person find their place in a meaningful constellation.
In essence: PsyTaara is the theory that every person holds a star of potential, resilience, and inner wisdom—and therapy is the process of helping that star shine with intention.

Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA, usually for children and adolescents) – ABA therapy works on the idea that behavior is learnt and is not innate. It is learnt through the consequences of a previous action. ABA focuses on improving people’s socially significant behavior.
